can i directly register for second round of counselling in upsee2017 without registering in 1st eound?

Currently spot round of UPSEE is going on Registration and Choice filling and Locking of the Government college seats will be on 11th Aug 2017.

Your score is good but the problem is that you can't get admission into any govt college of UP without UP residential proof.

So you have to show residential proof of UP to get admission into any govt college.

Private colleges of UP are open for you, you can apply

U can get CFI such as- GURUKUL KANGRI, GURU GHASIDAS...
u can also get govt colleges in mp,Rajasthan, Uttarakhand ,Punjab etc.
In mp govt colleges which u can get--
1.Uit,RGPv Bhopal
2.Sati, Vidisha
3.ujain engg college

After First round of counselling some students doesn't appear for document verification so these seats gets vacant , to fill these seats UPSEE held second round of counselling and so on till all the seats get filled
