Dear Candidate,
There are several colleges that offer psychology in India but BSc psychology course is offered by Devi Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar. You can visit the official website of the college and search for admission details and apply there.
Hi.
Since you did not mention which exam rank you have mentioned nor the type of college you are looking for, I will be answering this question for JEE Mains and engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Unfortunately, with such a high rank in General category you will not be able to get into majority of the government engineering colleges. However, for a list of college in Uttar Pradesh, along with course details, fees, cutoffs, peer reviews, admission process etc. visit our page .
You can use our College Predictor tool for JEE Mains to help you in finding college and branch of your choice based on your merits in the exam.
Good Luck

Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned your category. I'll be assuming that you belong to general category.
So if we talk about last year i.e neet 2020 cut off for govt college in uttarakhand for Gen category candidate was Air 33091 and 575 marks. For Gen category female it was 585 marks and air 27654.
As these years question paper was difficult than last year so there may be a cut off drop. So you have some little chance.
You may check previous year cut off for Uttarakhand from link below
