• Has been a resident of Delhi for the past 3 years
• Owns a house/property/land in Delhi
• Name should be included in the voter list
• Owns a ration card in the city

In case you are staying in Delhi temporally furnishing your nativity certificate of Uttarakhand itself will be enough,

Please Mention the name of University in which you are applying for Admission. Please also mention the name of your Coures in which you are interested.

If you are a applying for any Undergraduate programme then you don't need to submit the documents related to Uttrakhand Open University, You just need to provide Documents and Migration Certificate of 12th Class because for any Undergraduate Course, eligibility criteria is only 12th passed. But If you have already submitted the documents related to Uttrakhand Open University and University Administration of Haryana is calling you for explanation then you don't have any other option, you should go and report to the University for further Admission Process. If you can still explain your situation via email or phone then try to do that as soon as possible or you should go physically and resolve your issue.
