Hello student
You've not mentioned your category. So it's quite difficult to predict your chances. However, you could try your luck in different private colleges too.
For admission in B.A.M.S. course, applicants have to qualify Entrance Test of (NEET) National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The qualified candidates in the entrance test are called for counseling in order of merit and admissions are made accordingly by Uttrakhand Ayurveda University, Harrawala, Dehradun.

Hello there,
Hope you are doing well. With an AIR of 24,436 you can easily get a government medical college through State quota counselling in Uttarakhand in 2021 given that you belong from EWS category.
This year the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally. So I'll mention the cutoffs and closing AIRs of various government medical colleges in Uttarakhand through the state quota counselling :
Also, if you want to participate in AIQ counselling you can , but the chances seem thin . You might even land into a government medical college in another state .
So, there's no need to worry and no need of dropping another precious year if you are happily getting a government medical college of your state.
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :
Hope my answer helped.
