To get B-Category admission in vasavi college of engineering, you All india rank in JEE mains must be below 1,20,000. Your category ranks will not be valid for B-Category Admission. They also give Admission based on IPE marks under NRI quota where you need to pay approximately or more than 5,000$ per year. The tution fee at Vasavi college of engineering is 1,60,000. NRI quota students no need to pay tution fee and JEE mains students must pay tution fee and they are not elgible for Fee reimbursement.

From the previous years' records, 61 marks will give you rank close to 15K-18K. But, the cut-off mark for Vasavi College for general category is close to 2K-7K. So, you might not be able to do it. Maybe you might get lucky if you get less rank thank 15K. You can also try for other prestigious colleges like JNTUs as your rank is a good one.

If your All india rank is below 1,20,000 in JEE mains then you are elgible for B-Category Admission as per last year trends. B-Category Admission notification is released through leading news papers articles of telugu. So keep on checking newspapers daily and even college official website for more information. The tution fee at vasavi college of engineering is ₹1,60,000/- per year and there is no hostel facility available in the college you need to check outside if your a non local student.

try even IT department in CBIT, in that you might get the seat for sure.

If you just qualify then the rank may differ year to year so around 25k you will get seat in Vasavi through bcat.

Hello Ma'am. Vasavi College of Engineering (VCE) is a self-financed technical institution located in Ibrahimbagh, Hyderabad, India. The institution is affiliated to Osmania University, Hyderabad. Founded in 1981 by the Vasavi Academy of Education, it is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation.

The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in seven disciplines of engineering. Over 150 faculty members belonging to the engineering departments are engaged in teaching, research and industrial consultancy.

The college admits the candidates to various courses through various state level entrance tests. Admission to the B.E programme is done through EAMCET. The admissions for the ME programme is through the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and admission to the MCA course is given to the candidates through ICET. They offer lateral entry for diploma students.

Vasavi is one of the prestigious colleges in Telengana. You would be assured good placements in a college like that. The cut off depends on several factors like your gender, category and the board you're taking the exams at. People from home state will be treated in a different manner. But, let me give you a brief introduction to the cut offs. The total number of seats in Civil, EEE are 44 and the other branches are 84. For a general category, the cut off for CSE is 1394. Similarly, for ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil is 1677, 2317, 2746, 3693 respectively.

To get admission in Vasavi college of engineering through B Category your all india jee mains rank must be below 1,20,000. Your Category rank is Not considered here. Only your All india rank will be considered for B Category admission. The B Category Admission will be announced through Telugu News paper article. Keep on checking leading telugu news papers for notification, so you can apply immediately. The tution fee is 1,60,000/- per year. There will be no fee reimbursement for B category students. The B Category Admission is also based on NRI category. Under NRI category you need to pay equal to or more than 5,000$ per year. This will be your tution fee and no extra money.
