Category 1 students need to secure rank range from 200-300 in order to get seat in vlsi

Category 2 students need to secure 700-800 rank inorder to get seat in vlsi through viteee

As you got 348 rank, you've fair chances to getba seat in vlsi in vit vellore.

Since cutoffs by VIT are not declared there are some approximations based on previous year admissions. These are purely approximations, With a rank of 1540 you may be able to get any stream in VIT Vellore. Since most of their cutoffs are below 10,000.

VIT University Vellore offers full-time B.Tech, B.Arch and B.Des courses in various disciplines. 10+2 with PCM/B with 60% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. The university conducts VITEEE to offer admission in B.Tech and B.Des.

• As per the cutoff trend seen every year, the expected Cutoff rank for Computer Science Engineering at Vellore is under 6000.

As in your case, you have failed in one subject (chemistry) and you are going to write the supplementary exam. Now you have to pass the exam and score atleast 60% and above in Maths/ Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 12th Board Examinations. 

Candidates from SC/ST Categories have to score 50% in the above mentioned subjects. Also, candidates from the North-East have to secure 50% and above in all the subjects.
