Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 9.3k in ts eamcet rank and the cut offs changes every year. It depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
But on a general basis I would suggest you to kindly contact the college officials because they are the rightmost person to guide you in this manner.
For more information you can check out the link given below-

Hello aspirant,
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc. As you mention with 371 marks and you are from 2A category you have low chance to get seat in private MBBS college. But you have a chance in private BDS or veterinary. You can try for it.

While you are still in your Internship you should apply for IELTS/TOEFL which are the language proficiency tests for studying abroad. And you will need a strong Statement of Purpose to start off. You need to make a list of the Colleges that you want to apply for and download their application form. You need to fulfil their IELTS/TOEFL requirements and so this is one area you have to work hard on. And once you fill up the application form and send it across, the University might take your interview via Skype. And once you are selected, you will receive a letter from the University. You have to then start your Educational loan and Visa processing.
