Your rank is very high for getting a vaterinery seat.

For bvsc your rank should be below 5-6k then only you have a good chance of getting a vaterinery seat.

But since you have a reserve quota you can try but chances are very less.

Yes , you can get admission in veterinary colleges by Neet entrance exams on ly  just make sure that through the neet ,you are only applying for 15% of AIPVT seats, rest of the seats are filled by respective state entrance examinations so do fill up the

It is quite difficult to determine the exact management quota fees for veterinary colleges in Kerala. However the management quota fees are twice or thrice the original admission fees for a particular college, and it depends for different institutions.
