Yes definitely with a marks of something 460 you can easily get veterinary college at Kolkata, if you have any sort reservation based on your caste or economical conditions, then you might get mbbs course as well.

I am going to score 230 in neet this time , and I want veterinary . I just have 6 months for my preparation if I take a drop , so will I be able to reach the desired score after the drop ? , what should I do? I need 580 and am obc

As per previous years' KCET cutoff for veterinary science courses, it seems difficult to get a seat, unless you are entitled to reservation under agriculturist quota. For that, you will have to write a 200 marks practical test conducted by KVAFSU (Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Science University),

Since the cut-offs aren't declared yet, it will not be easy to predict your chances. However according to the previous year cut offs, students who scored around 450+ secured seats in the second counselling in AIQ . So there are chances that you might get in!

Since the cut-offs for this year has not been declared, it would be hard to predict a score. However according to 2019, students who scored around the range of 450 to 520 for General and 420+ for OBC secured admissions.
