Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)- KCET has not released the cut off yet for Bsc Agriculture , BNYS and Veterinary yet. The results were declared on 20th august and the cut off will be released soon.

Even if you are from SC(Rural) category then also you can't get a seat as last year the closing rank was around 9200 for Veterinary College Shimoga.
You haven't mentioned your Category. There are 5 Veterinary Colleges that participate in KCET Counselling. In 2019, a rank of 3748 secured a seat in Veterinary College under OBC Category. The cut off for SC Category was 3292 and 699 was for General Merit. Now this is 2019 cut off
