You have to do BE/Btech in mining engineering. You have to appear LEET exam which is for Lateral entry. if you get a good score then you can join top government college/University or Private college.

You are not eligible for other branch as you have already pursued a branch

All India Pre-veterinary Test(AIPVT) has been scrapped  and now the admission to 47 Government Veterinary Colleges will be through merit in NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) so you need to appear in that.
After that you can apply for :

Veterinary Colleges may have Management quota seats but it differs from college to college. But very few of them has management seats as 90% of the veterinary colleges are government owned.

Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT counselling on the basis of NEET UG score & rest of seats admission is through state level entrance exam. The criteria can differ state to state.
