Admission to B.V.Sc & AH and B.Tech (Dairy Technology) programs is based on the score in TS-EAMCET conducted by Technical Board of Telangana State.As far as I know there are different ways of admission in to veterinary Science.. Through eamcet there are 100 to 120 seats in both colleges

According to last year allotment seat result for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course under 15% AIQ (2nd and final round), the last OBC student was with AIR 33997 for College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Aizawl Mizoram which clearly tells that don't have any chances
With your marks you can easily get the veterinary seat through the central couselling process. The veterinary counselling is carried out by the Veterinary Counsil of India and you will have to go for the registration first and then you will have to fill the choices as per your preference
