Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score & rest of seats admission is through state level Entrance Exam.
It would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities but you can take an Idea with the previous year

In order to get into a decent government college for vetenary via neet you need to score a minimum of 390-395. Well this score may rise upto 400 also.

I am very sorry to say that your score is bit low according to your region. Telangana is usually a very high scoring region and the cutoffs usually go very high. You can check out previous year's cutoff for some idea from here.
