All India quota seats of Veterinary Colleges admission is through AIPVT counseling on the basis of NEET UG score and rest of seats admission is through state level Entrance Exam.

Hello blessy, sorry to say the fact that you had very little chances of getting the seat in the following coarses as your rank is big for that and your category too is not supporting for the presence of the seat in the appropraite coarses, you better consult the professors

Hello, Shameem you can definitely get agbsc based on you rank and caste reservation.
1.Sri Venkateswara University(SVU)-agriculture
2.Andhra University(AU)-agriculture
But, you cannot get verternary because of the cutoff.
I will mention the cutoff for veternary.
1.SVU(closing rank 1693)
2.AU(closing rank 3337)

hey, As most of the students are interested in vetrinary sciences education and knows there are 15% seats on all india basis and the cutoff vary year to year.Last rank which got admission in veterinary college for unreserved category was 301707 last year.so to be on safer side the score

The chances of getting a government seat with 389 marks are somewhat low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota. You could get into private colleges and might get waitlisted for veterinary or Bds in govt colleges.
