Veterinary All India Quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score & rest of seat admission is through state level entrance Exam, It can vary state to state. Have you appeared NEET Entrance Exam?

The Counseling for admission to B.V.Sc.& A.H Course under 15% All India Quota seats will be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India on the basis of NEET UG Score.

Regarding your query, if you are looking for a good veterinary college in all india quota then you must score 520+ based on the last rank details. Since the total seats varries from 300 to 400 it is really tough to get a veterinary seat. So if you scored that range of marks in NEET 2019 then i assure you to get a seat. If you specify the state you belong to, then i can give you the information regarding the possibility of getting a veterinary seat via state quota.
