Yes,getting 350+is a safe score for taking Veterinary courses and you getting 388 have a chance for it.But,the cutoff goes very high as there is only 15% all India reservation for Vetenary Courses,With,2017 cutoff for SC-ST being approx 450.
But,No worries,keep applying you never know If you end up getting a good college in any round.
