It would be tough to provide you the detail ragarding BVSC cutoff of Bombay Veterinary college as officially there is nothing about it. All India quota Veterinary seat admission will be through AIPVT counselling on the basis of NEET score, You can apply with your NEET score to take admission in other state colleges.

Firstly, To study Veterinary Course you need to give NEET Exam, There is no other exam for this.
Secondly, Its quite difficult to provide the required score(Cutoff) for admission in bombay veterinary college because its not officially present.

No they are not come under Neet exam so their admission process is different as they will done according to your person that you have scored in your class 12th.
