As per as previous year cuttoff and your rank,your chance of getting government Colleges under OBC QUOTA is very less.You need at least 480 marks under OBC QUOTA to fetch government Colleges.You can check previous year cuttoff of various government colleges:

 see the basic eligibility for bvsc is  10=2 qualifie with physics , chemistry and biology. bvsc is a 3 years course. some colleges has its own entrance test. some top colleges to study are

Yes,getting 350+is a safe score for taking Veterinary courses and you getting 388 have a chance for it.But,the cutoff goes very high as there is only 15% all India reservation for Vetenary Courses,With,2017 cutoff for SC-ST being approx 450.
