Edu must be knowing that RRB ALP admit card every year released online separately for different stages of exams by the the RRB ALP board.
Usually RRB ALP admit cards are circulated on their respective regional websites of of RRBs.
You just have to enter your user id
It is not separate but the same as the MBBS counselling. The counselling itself you will be selecting the course that is applicable and that you are interested for.
