Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

you need to have above 450 marks in NEET if you want a college in tamil nadu and in cause outside, a marks of 550 is a must in case you need a good college. cuz last year, in 2nd round counselling, the marks of 520 was searched

ICAR AIEEA 2018- It is conduted by Indian council of Agricultural Rsearch. The exam is on 12th May, 2018 (Saturday) - 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Visit the website of ICAR for more details.
For 15% quota, the admissions will be done through NEET and counseling will be through Veterinary Council of India and the criteria for rest seats vary college,university and state wise so please share is there any particular one you are interested in.
