State level seats in Telanagana will be filled through TS EAMCET 2017 rank

Yes, admission in MBBS/BDS/Vet. courses would be happening on the basis of NEET score only and as per your score chances should be decent to get admission in VET. course so you can try for the same.

Because this year NEET is taking Veterinary admissions in most of the colleges therefore once the result and cutoff will be released then you can get the complete information.

Chances are there.
CBSE will declare the result of NEET 2017 on or before June 26 as per the latest Supreme Court order. The NEET OMR sheet and Answer Keys will also be released in the coming few days.

Then you can check the veterinary cutoff.

This year there are colleges taking through NEET for BHMS and other courses apart from MBBS and BDS.. But I can be confirming you once the results are declared and cutoff details are announced.

You can wait for the result by 26June.
