Veterinary admissions in Telangana will be through Telangana EAMCET 2017 (not NEET). If you have secured 6900 rank in Telangana EAMCET, but is from AP and not Telangana, s/he will only be eligible for 15% of seats reserved for non-local candidates. If non-local toppers don't take seats under that 15%,
It will take the admission for veternary seats through AP EAMCET exam not from NEET. So if you applied & given APEAMCET exam then only You can get admission.

As both courses are good but its better to take up with Ayurvedic degree rather than taking BVSC. But I would also suggest you to consider your choice, interest and potential before making any decision. Hope this helps!!!
