With a KCET veterinary rank of 41,000, getting a BVSc seat in government veterinary colleges in Karnataka is highly unlikely under the General category, as cutoffs usually close below 2,500. However, if you belong to reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC, HK, or Rural quota, there might be a slim chance. You can also explore private veterinary colleges or related courses like Animal Husbandry or Agricultural Sciences where the cutoff ranks are more flexible.

With a 60th percentile and an OBC category rank of 380935, it is still very difficult to get admission into a government veterinary college, as the cutoffs for veterinary seats are usually much higher. Government colleges typically require a higher percentile and a better rank due to limited seats and high competition.
