Veterinary 15% quota seats admission is through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET UG score & rest of seats in Veterinary Colleges admission is through state level Entrance Exam. This criteria can varies state to state.

Yes obviously there are chances for you to get government seat for veterinary with  367 marks. In obc category you need score 360- 400+ in 85% state quota.

Since you didn't mention the name of your state it is difficult to predict college.
