Vidya Vikas First Grade College at Mysore is a good college. There are various courses offered by this college. This college has a good placement record specially in BCA course. Companies like Infosys, TVS, Infotech etc. recruit students from this college. In terms of teaching, the faculty is very knowledgeable and helpful. The fees are expensive though. The social life in this college is good as besides studies, there are many events conducted.

The answer to your query is rather very simple. I am not trying to be biased but I will prefer Chemical Engineering in Andhra Pradesh over Gayatri Vidya Parishad CSE anyday. Let me explain why.

Andhra University is one of the oldest public/government institutes of the state and has a solid base of alumni and network. It has significantly lower fees than what is charged by the Gayatri Vidya Parishad for a graduation of 4 years.
