CET cutoff depends upon student category and the branch in which the student want to study

If we think about general category ,in VIIT if one wants CS then CET score should be above 135 , for IT it should be above 120 . Since VIIT is autonoums from last year the cutoff may differ by 5/10 marks. Since your scores are good so may have the fine chance to get admission in viit, with CSE .

Since the two college you mentioned, JUET Guna and VIIT Pune are pretty comparable colleges, one simply cannot ignore the exposure factor Pune as a big city brings with itself.

As it happened in the case of DTU, Delhi. The companies which came to IIT Delhi started visiting DTU and it lead to to uprising of the said college. Such advantage is always entertained by a renowned college in big city, which in this case is VIIT Pune.

I can provide you the cutoffs of Electronics branch from previous years -

In 2018, for general category, after round 3-

Electronics Engineering- 5035 (Cutoff rank) and 134 (MH CET score) 

JEE Main cutoff- 3602 (Cutoff rank) and 100 (JEE cutoff score)

In 2017, after round 3-

Electronics Engineering-  5158 (Cutoff rank) and 135 (MH CET score) 

JEE Main cutoff- 3247 (Cutoff rank) and 118 (JEE cutoff score)

In 2016, after round 4-

Electronics Engineering-  7635 (Cutoff rank) and 132 (MH CET score) 

JEE was not considered.

From the choices mentioned above, I would suggest you to go for Jaypee Guna. Jaypee Guna is one of the finest colleges that come under Jaypee group. It has been good with its placement records, facilities and overall development of an individuals. Whereas viit pune has not been able to give tough competition in various important above mentioned parameters.
