With 14750 rank in JEE Mains, there are still few chances available to you for CSE in NITs like:-
1) NIT Patna
2) NIT Puducherry
3) NIT Silchar
4) IIIT Kancheepuram
5) IIIT Jabalpur

But, if your main motive is to get a good placement and not to be research-oriented, then it would be better to pursue CSE from VIT Vellore and score good GPA in there, to get a good placement.

VIT vellore is one of the top private institute in India.Is is best for CSE as well.

If you are intrested to opt VIT ,its not a bad decision .Because you are going to get nothing less.VIT have experiences faculty,placements are also upto the marks ,infrastructure is also good.You won't regret choosing VIT.

If you can compromise with the stream then you can take NITs also.If more emphasis is on CSE branch then you can opt IIIT hyderabad .This is one of the best college for CSE.

Hi Aastha ,  Both the colleges are good private colleges for B.tech also and for other IG courses. Both have the good placements. BITS is a best college since it started. But from last 5-6 years VIIT Is also compitating to BITS very well. So you can choose any one of them. You dont think about quality of education or placement or about campus. You just think about your preference. Means you think that which will be easy for you to attend according to your financial condition.

Computer science engineering comprises of basic knowledge of computer programming and Networking. You'll get to learn about hardware and software systems and other similar devices. 

Computer science is the most popular and career oriented branch of engineering : 

- Manipal University : 

Manipal University provides best placements for CSE students. Average Package is between 2-3 lacs. Faculty is really good and supportive.

Top recruiting companies include Phillips, Samsung, Amazon etc. 

Fee structure is too high as compared to VIIT.

Placement ratio is good. If you are hardworking then you can get decent placement with decent package.

Training and placement cell is very supportive . Faculty members are highly qualified .

College campuse is also huge and good .

Viit offers low fees as compared to Manipal.

Choose wisely and work hard. Both the colleges are good and tries to provide all necessary facilities to students. 

Teachers are good but you have to study on your own as teachers are not able to give sufficient time to each Nd every student. You can take help from internet sources, you can refer books from library .

Yes, there is a large difference except for one i.e both of the colleges are owned by one trust.

Bansilal Ramnath Agarwal charitable trust owns both the colleges. VIT is it's the main branch and is highly rated & autonomous. It is located in Bibewadi, Pune.

VIIT is its secondary autonomous branch. It is good, but less rated than VIT. This college is located in Kondhwa, Pune.

VIT ranking all over India as a private college was 5 in 2016. So, cutoffs are too high for VIT as compared to VIIT. But if you got VIIT, it is not a bad college it is autonomous and some staff comes from VIT too.
