Vishwakarma University, VIT, VIIT are the most prestigious colleges in Pune after COEP. They have excellent faculty, great track record of placement and beautiful and lavish campus. Also, the crowd that you experience in this college is also really good and inspiring. Its syllabus is up to the industry standards and teaching methodology and labs are quite proficient. Its fees might be a little hefty, however, they are totally worth it and you will get them back in the placement procedure if you are successful

MIT - WPU, is a quite average college, with huge fees. It has a pretty decent faculty with clean labs and equipments. Its placement record is also quite decent with most of the people being placed are from the software domain and less of the core side. It may have a large campus and some lavish areas around it, I dont think it would matter if the faculty teaching and the people and crowd of the college are good enough.

So, finally, I suggest you that you go for VIT, VIIT, VU over MIT-WPU anytime and try to get the best branch in these colleges for the maximum advantage of your career.

You have impossible chances of getting admission  in VIIT at this percentile. even, at your caste category OBC, its next to impossible that you will get CSE/IT in the college. However, you can try for the NON CAP rounds for this but I cant guarantee your admission at that time also.
