As per the ranking in jee mains, you can get a seat in VIIT, pune for engineering in CS branch because the cutoff for VIT, vellore is starting from 8000 ranking and will be up till 15000 maximum. Hope you are doing very well. It has been known that VITEE 2021 is taking 10+2 marks as the qualifying marks. Candidates applying for UG Engineering admission should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2021, in any one of the following qualifying examinations. Kindly read it carefully.

• The final examination of the 10+2 system of Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), New Delhi.
• Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
• High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
• General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Srilanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
• As per VIT Norms, Regular 'NIOS' board candidates are also eligible for Undergraduate Engineering programmes. Applicants should produce the Migration Cum Transfer Certificate at the time of joining.
• They should also provide the marks secured in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Total (including all subjects) and upload the scanned copy of the mark list and other relevant documents whenever available on the application form.
• For Indian nationals/ NRI/ PIO card holder, appearance in VITEEE-21 is mandatory to be eligible for B. Tech. admission under regular mode (Applicants under International/NRI quota exempted) . In case VITEEE gets cancelled due to natural calamities, qualifying criteria may be substituted with higher secondary marks or JEE-21 or a valid SAT. The confirmation interaction was through MHTCET advising. The branch was allocated based on your legitimacy. I had applied to the Netaji Subhas University of Technology Delhi and Birla Institute of Technology Mesra through DASA advising in which I got Computer Science Engineering somewhere near December. Out of these I had shortlisted the Netaji Subhas University of Technology and was at that point going to classes. I was next to each other sitting tight for MHTCET directing and had applied to the College of Engineering Pune(COEP) and Pune Institute of Computer Technology(PICT). In January, I tied down admission to Electronics and Telecommunication branch at COEP. Thus, presently I needed to settle on a choice between NSUT Delhi Computer Science and COEP Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. I picked COEP on the grounds that I began feeling I was made for the Electronics branch as I had an interest in the Software just as the Hardware world.COEP is in my old neighborhood Pune so there will be no additional housing costs.COEP is the best school

Hope you are doing great there. According to the percentile score mentioned by you above , your predicted CRL rank lies somewhere around 153450 - 172500 . And your EWS category rank will lie around this 26,000-27,900. Nothing about the cut off of VIIT Vishakhapatnam is mentioned . As per my sources it gives admission on the basis of AP-EAMCET .
