IIITs are much better than VIT. VIT is an average Institute with good students having average and sometimes below par faculties(exception are everywhere). IIITs have far better faculties and facilities than VIT. VIT has good infrastructure but not enough for students studying there as its student intake is very high
Many new IIITs lack their own campus and thus fail to provide students with many things, which are essential for their student life. But I can definitely assure you that IIIT, is way better than VIT. Not only it is an institute of national inportance, but also has its own campus and is thriving there. With great faculty and many extra cuurricular activities in form of clubs and competitions, IIITG has become a role model for the ew IIITs.
Hello student,
Congratulations for scoring such great percentile in MHTCET 2021. With this good percentile, you can get admission in some of the good colleges of the state. Also, as you are a OBC category student, your chances of admission increase. However, its quite difficult that you secure admission in VIT Pune for TFWS as its cut off is quite high as the number of seats are less. However, you can also try for institutional rounds admission
Here is a list of some of those colleges:

Congratulations for scoring such great percentile in MHTCET 2021. With this great percentile, you can get admission in some of the good colleges in the state.
However, you have very low chances of admission in COEP or VJTI or PICT or VIT Pune CS branches. You may try for the institutional rounds later on after the CAP admission process
I am sorry to say that even if you are a female candidate along with SC category caste, you have next to impossible chances to get CS/IT branches in VIT Pune. However, there are quite good chances that you can get admission in some other top colleges in CS/IT with these leverages.
Honestly speaking, both colleges are of almost the same level for CSE branches. The core difference comes whether what location you want to study in - PUNE or MUMBAI. Both colleges are private and autonomous affiliated to their respective government aided universities.
However, you can have look at the links below for better comparison of both the colleges:

VIT Pune is one of the most prestigious institutes of Maharashtra where you can get admission on the basis of your MHTCET as well as JEE marks via DTE counselling rounds.
The branch cutoff that you are asking is for the new branch that has appeared for admission previous year itself. So, predicting a constant percentile range for it is quite impossible because of its newness. However, you can have a look at the link below to check out the cut off percentiles of it along with all the other college same branch to get a better idea of the same Click here to check out the previous year cut offs
