CSE and ME are entirely different with CSE comprises scientific and engineering aspects of computing and designing automated machine systems and intelligent bots while in mechanical engineering will teach you to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. Now if doesn't matters and college is the only aspect you should go with Vit, AP considering both are not the main campus of their respective franchises. Vellore institute of technology has a higher ranking, better faculties and reputation in the educational world. Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh is good for B.ech Integrated course. In 2020, it has good positions. In 2020, over 70% of our college's students were placed. The largest wage package available was 30 LPA, while the lowest package available was 3.2 LPA. 6 LPA was the average compensation package offered.

When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:

CSE Data Analytics is one of the trending courses at present. Vellore Institute of Technology in Amaravathi, Andhra Pradhesh was started in 2017. The first batch of the college was passed out this year only.

VIT Ap university is a privately owned UGC approved college with NAAC A grade. They offer Bachelors degree in computer science engineering as a four years long full time undergraduate degree course. The total fee for this course is approximately INR 7.83 lakhs. The highest salary package offered during campus recruitment was 40 LPA and the average package offered was 18 LPA. It is always good to have some prequite knowledge about the subject but not compulsory. He will be taught everything about programing and technical stuffs from the basics. Moreover the first semester is an extension of what he has learnt in senior secondary education. Computer languages such as python,c or Java is introduced subsequently one by one to avoid burden from the candidates.

You will need to pay an amount of rupees 5900 for the counseling procedure at Vellore institute of technology. As you know phase 5 of counseling is meant for the candidates having rank above 1lac in VITEEE, so there is a mere probability of you getting CSE or IT even in fifth category. But there is a descent chance of you getting Civil, Mechanical and other non core branches under category 4 or 5.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that if you are planning to exit from a course suppose btech and start another course ,then you dont have need to pay fees of remaining years you can easily do that . But if you are planning to change the college and take admission in some other college in 2nd year,then you will need a NOC(no objection certificate) which is only provided to you if will pay the remaining years fee
