Since you already have joined VIT Andhra Pradesh for CSE, I would suggest you not to change your college. VIT AP is a pretty new college, but the previous campus of VIT have done pretty well and after all, it is the student who is more responsible for his future,

Your marks in jee mains 2018 is too low to fetch you any NITs or IIITs but however you have chances of getting admission in top private colleges through state counselling based on your jee mains rank.
