Here, you need to know one thing, Vit is one of the top university in India. It is good in studies. It will be same in all campuses of vit. And the decision is yours.

Vit amaravati is a new campus which is started in the last year. The faculty is good. You can have a scope to do projects. You will have labs. One academic block was completed. Also they are planning for second block. Choice is yours.

Based on your score the chances seems to be less to get CSE branch but you can have the chances for the other branches. You can check VITEEE counselling preocedure with the given below link.
