both campuses are better for btech programme
it matters on how you study and both are good at btech educatuon

With such rank its almost impossible to get computer science in any good college. You should try in different branch or just try to appear for next year with good amount of preparation. I would suggest you to go for other colleges with this rank but if VIT is necessary

there pretty low chances of getting CSE and IT in chennai and vellore but you can surely get admission in EEE,ECE,Civil in both chennai and vellore while definately you will get CSE and all other branches in Amaravathi and Bhopal but my suggestion give preffernce to much to Chennai
