It is very difficult to get seat in Vellore Institute of Technology with such rank in any campus/branch. To secure admission into VIT you should have secured a rank within 45000. As you have secured a rank of 99000 it is highly unlikely to get admission. Do not get
20k rank is good rank but it's quite difficult to getting chance to admission in VIT Vellore campus. Because in Vellore campus the closing rank for CSE department is 8k and IT department closing rank is 16k. So 20k is quite higher rank. But you can go for counselling.
