VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
VITEEE is the entrance exam only for VIT college. And Joint entrance examination is a national level examination for entry into IITS, NITS, Government as well as other private engineering colleges of INDIA. So comparing isn't easy and should not be done too, both exams have their own levels and difficulty pattern.

No, VITEEE 2021 is not conducted in online proctoring mode. You need to appear for the entrance examination in the alloted examination centre. You need to give your examination centres preferences in the application form. To check the list of cities for examination centres click the link below

As in class 11 he can't apply for any course while appearing in class 12 board examination he can appear in various entrance examination.
If he's willing to take admission in VIT. He Can apply and appear in VITEEE next year.
Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 60 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

Not only JEE Mains score is not enough for admission in B.Tech 2020-2021, but also you need to be eligible for the minimum eligibility criteria set by the conducting board, NTA. If you're from SC/ST/PWD category, then you must have secured at least 65% aggregate and if you're from general category, you must have secured at least 75% minimum in 10th and 12th examination from a recognized board with the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as the main subjects and Biology/Computer Science/Biotechnology as the optional subjects.

MPCEA/BPCEA includes subjects like Maths or Biology(M/B), Physics(P), C(Chemistry), English(E) and Aptitude(A).
The number of questions for the respective sections in VITEEE will be, Maths or Biology (40 questions), Physics (35 questions), Chemistry (35 questions), Aptitude (10 questions) and English (5 questions).
As per the newest eligibility criteria released by VIT for VITEEE 2021 a candidate should have passed the qualifying exam or should be appearing for it in 2021. So if you have passed your class 12th in 2019 then you are not eligible for VITEEE 2021.

If you don't want the seat which is alloted in the extended round then you can cancel it. But see that once you cancel your admission, it won't be a problem to get admission in the another collrges. See that before you cancel your admission you have chance to apply in the another colleges or get direct admission from any particular College
