According to your VITEE rank 70000 is not enough to get seat in VIT -Vellore for cse branch . This university is totally merit based , so you need to get good rank to join this university . You can try another universities like srm or manipal .

It is not possible to get Biotechnology in VIT Vellore and as well as Chennai . The opening rank of this stream is 13500 and closing rank is 20000 in Vellore . With your rank you can not expect the biotechnology seat at Vellore and Chennai campus .
