The candidates should have studied Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics for their 10+2th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination.
General category candidates should have secured 60% and above in Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
For SC/ST candidates, the score to be secured is 50%.

Admission to Vellore Institute of Technology, is done on the basis of its entrance exam VITEEE. A good score in VITEEE will help you get called in first counselling process only.
However, whatever, your score be, you will still be called and given a seat in your choice of seat

As there is no mentioned criteria to get seat from 12th and jee score,this time it would be first time,so here we can only guess, as cse is the top most demanded stream/course so 12th score must be above 90% altest or around 95% ,if you fail to get CSE
