The cut offs for VIT Vellore for the CSE branch of BTech is usually around 5000-7000 which require an applicant to score anywhere between 80-120marks.

Just focussing on boards is not enough to crack VITEEE with good rank. For that you need to have proper guidance too specific to the exam careers360 e-learning platform will be very useful in your case. You can prepare 12th and VITEEE entrance both at the same time.
