Life inside the campus of VIT is pretty comfortable.  The infrastructure is very good and facilities too exceed expectation. There are many places to eat and hang out as students.  However  the hostel and campus rules make it a little difficult to appreciate this as students.

Hi. This is completely dependent on the university policy. You should contact VIT university as soon as possible. I think you should be able to get the second phase counselling. Contact the office via email and call them if necessary. Again, it all depends upon their admission policies.
