Hi Gaurav.I think you will be getting a seat in vit amaravati and vit bhopal campus.In vit amaravati you may not get cse course you may get ece and mechanical course over there.Where in bhopal you can even try for all courses.So finally you may get in these  two branches

Hi mitali.No you cannot do that.It is mandatory to the student to attend the councelling.It is not possible that your guardian can attend the councelling.And moreover that it is also  like one of  your parent also should attend the councelling in vit.And you cannot skip your councelling.
