As per your rank 13227, we need to look upon previous year stats of cutoff.

If we look upon previous year cutoff in VIT VELLORE in year 2015 then the cutoff for CSE was 15000 but this cutoff got declined and was 7000 in 2016.

According To last 2-3 year trend VIT Chennai Cutoff Rank.in CSE was revolving around 15000-20000..so.it is very difficult To get you in..Please Go For another option..

2016 Cutoff-14000 Rank

2015 cutoff-33000 Rank.

You may get in to Fashion Technology & Electronics and Computer engineering..But dont expect Too much For
