The cut off for EEE usually ranges from 15500 to 16000.So,it is difficult for you to get admission in both the campuses(vellore and chennai).This is a good try but since there are no chances, I would suggest you to look for other alternative options available.

As per your rank you have chances to get Computer science and engineering at VIT University, Vellore. You even have chances to get ECE,EE,EIE,Mechanical at VIT University , Vellore campus. The tution fee at vellore campus is 1,98,000/- per year. The hostel fee is 72,300/- per year.
