Well an undeviating answer to your question would be a NO. 75k rank is not considered a good score. You cannot get a good/ desired branch in B.Tech course in VIT campus. But you might get other branches if you just want a seat in VIT.

Just check out the cutoffs for different branches in VIT BHOPAL & VIT CHENNAI. You'll definitely get a seat in any of these.

Category 1 only takes into account the first 20 K rank holders. Looking at category 1 and 2 cutoffs for the previous years, it is difficult for you to get admission into any of the branches. You can probably try getting in later categories like 4/5 where the fee will be high.

Since CSE provides better career opportunities and placements than other branches, it is the most looked field overall, particularly on the Vellore campus. As a result, CSE will be in high demand in Vellore.

CSE was completely filled up to 7000 rank in Vellore campus on the first day of counselling itself, according to data from prior years' counselling. In light of past year's counselling, you stand a very good possibility of being assigned to the Vellore CSE branch.

You won't be able to enrol in CSE at the Vellore campus through VITEEE counselling, but if you are suitable for the management quota, you will be able to do so. As you haven't specified your desired campus, I assume you are searching for Vellore. You will be given access to other VIT campuses in the higher category based on your VITEEE score. As per your information you got 120000 rank in VITEEE . There are some chances to get CSE in Amravati. So, a seat in category 1 or category 2 will easily be available in CSE. The category 1 is 1.9 lakh tuition fees per annum and category 2 is 2.5 lakhs tuition fees per annum.
