According to your rank in VITEEE 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in  computer science engineering branch in VIT vellore campus as the previous year closing rank is 7000 .

I am sorry to tell you that getting CSE for your rank at VIT vellore is difficult.Usually the closing rank for CSE during counselling is around 5500.So you may try for other available branches for your rank.For this rank you may get
