Since you want to get admission in CSE branch as the previous year cut off of the second round counseling rank of CSE branch in Vellore was 7K and VIT Chennai was 15K. And according to your rank, I think you will not get any.

You will glad to know that they will refund the whole amount of your money except 10K counseling fee and 1K hostel fee but the withdrawn of money will have a date. So I am suggesting you at the time of counseling ask this from the office staff

As per the previous years cut off the second round counseling closing rank for ECE was 42K. Apart from that, you can get Civil, Production and Biomedical branches in VIT Vellore with your rank.
