you did not mention your category(sc/st/Obc) which may help you to get admission and also you can use your home state quota along with birth category. so you should go through Jossa counselling and wait upto spot or last round .

Scholarships are provided by different universities depending upon your marks in your highest qualification . For example for masters your graduation marks would be seen and for undergraduate your +2 and other competitive exam marks are seen .
Different colleges have different scholarship criteria. Please specify the college name
Depends assume somewhre 30 Lakhs or above
Candidates should have secured 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology taken together in 10+2 or equivalent exam
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories and North-East should have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology.
