You have very less or no chances for getting admission in VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai campus. But you can get admission in core branches in VIT Amrawati and VIT bhopal.

You got a bit wel marks bu you cant get admission for CSE and IT with these marks and you can get ECE,EEE, Mech,Civil in the both colleges i.e chennai and vellore.
No there no other way for attending councelling you need go to the allocated place only
