You didn't mentioned at which campus but I guess you are talking about either Chennai or Vellore campus as the other two are comparatively new and still growing. With the mentioned rank it is difficult to get a CSE seat at Vellore campus till third or fourth category

Vellore Institute of technology entrance examination was already done dear. Infact after postponed the examination it was done few days ago and result also published..only counselling will be conduct within few days. So there are no chances right now to giving this examination.
