I would definitely suggest you choose the IIIT kanchipuram as its a government institute and VIT Chennai is a private one. And the degree certificate from IIIT kanchipuram will have somewhat greater value than the VIT Chennai. VIT Chennai also costs you more fees than the IIIT kanchipuram.
