I would definitely suggest you choose the IIIT kanchipuram as its a government institute and VIT Chennai is a private one. And the degree certificate from IIIT kanchipuram will have somewhat greater value than the VIT Chennai. VIT Chennai also costs you more fees than the IIIT kanchipuram.

 For vit pune. you have to written a online based exam VITEEE.you have to register for a exam .and apper it.you have to score a good rank in these exam after that you will have to attained a counsilling .in counsilling you have to lock your choice college
